Piloxing is a high-energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with the targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates. These techniques are also supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health. Add to that fun dance moves, and you have a workout that will tone muscle, burn fat, and empower you both physically and mentally!



Our Pilates class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or any other level!

Full Body Aerobics


Full Body Aerobics is a new upcoming style of aerobic exercise originating in Peru. These classes combine Latin dance, kickboxing, and step aerobics…ALL in one AMAZING workout!

Boot Camp


Our Boot Camp sessions are a phenomenal workout for any fitness level, as these sessions focus on a combination of body weight exercises, cardio, strength training, and calisthenics. These are specifically designed to constantly push your limits, so be prepared for a tough workout!



Spin classes are a form of high-intensity exercise using a stationary exercise bicycle. These sessions are set to high-energy, motivational music and are a great workout!

Trainer’s Choice


It’s a new workout every time! Trainer’s Choice classes usually combine multiple disciplines that incorporate cardio and strength exercises in a high-paced, high-energy hour.



Toning classes include physical exercises that focus on developing your physique with a large emphasis on musculature exercises. These sessions are centered on improving your tone and include primarily weight lifting exercises performed with high repetitions and low resistance (low weight) with short rest periods.



Our Yoga classes focus on helping you find your inner zen while providing guidance on breath control, meditation, and flexibility. Great for those who need help with focus and relaxation, our yoga classes will help you find your inner peace, enhance your core strength, improve your balance, and leave you feeling like you can take on the world!



Tired of the same old workout? Try out a Zumba class and join the party! Our Zumba classes are always fun and easy for all fitness levels, combining cardio dance with high-tempo Latin music. The unique moves make you feel like you just walked into an impromptu dance party! Zumba is a great way to get a workout in without feeling like it’s exercise!
