At Club Metro USA, we strongly believe in the benefits of group fitness classes. Each of our classes are designed to help keep you motivated and inspired, and to help you push your limits with every workout. We look forward to seeing you in an exercise class soon!

All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. Group class format & instructors are subject to change without notice.

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating, often building a deep-rooted community among returning students. All levels welcomed!

Zumba® Toning

Combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout system using light weight Zumba Toning Sticks for strengthening, conditioning and toning the upper body! Everyone is welcome –”Come Join the party”!

Cardio Kickboxing

Energetic & motivational! A great class that strengthens your upper & lower body all while increasing cardiovascular endurance. Perform boxing and kickboxing combinations on bags and mitts. Some plyometric, speed and agility exercises are sometimes included in this workout that will be sure to get you fired up! All levels are welcomed and exercises can be modified!

Total Body

Increase bone, muscle and connective tissue, tone, sculpt, and strengthen your entire body, fast! This class challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift, and curl involving your cardiovascular and flexibility exercises using hand weights, body bars and weighted bars. You will be coached into slow movements with full range of motion focusing on form, muscle toning and conditioning. All fitness levels are welcomed and exercises can be modified.

Spin

A class that welcomes participants of all fitness levels. This is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with our inspiring team coach who will guide you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. – Core Spin Focuses on using your core more with different intervals and strength training techniques.

PEDAL & PUMP

Spin with the Pump using light weights for interval strength training. A class that welcomes participants of all fitness levels. This is an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Interval Training (HIIT)

High intensity exercises with bouts of near maximum exertion interspersed with periods of lower-intensity exercises using hand weights and body bars for strength training conditioning. This class will burn the calories and increase cardiovascular strength. All levels Welcomed. Exercises can be modified.

Cardio Sculpt

A high energy LOW Impact total body workout with cardio intervals that focus on the core using 2 or 3lb weights. A very fun motivating class! All levels welcomed!

BootCamp/KICKBOXING COMBO

Circuit Training and Strength one week and Speed and Plyometrics another week – relentless intervals of strength, power, and resistance moves – Always a great workout – all exercises can be modified – all levels welcomed!

Core Fusion (PILATES MAT)

Focuses on isolated exercises, alignment; flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit — and then find balance — as a deep, relaxing stretch, follows every hard worked muscle. Suitable for all fitness levels!

S.T.A.R. Treatment

Get treated like the star you are! Spin for 15 min, Tone your body with weights for 20 minutes, Abdominal workout for 10 minutes and Relaxing while stretching and meditating to soothing music to finish off your workout. This class will make you feel invigorating and relaxed! Work your body and your mind! Enjoy – this is for all levels!. You are a Star.. Get treated like one!.

Pound

RockOut Workout – combines easy to follow (and not complex or embarrassing) cardio moves with strength training and drumming using “Ripstix” (1⁄4 lb. each). The combination works the entire body, raises the heart rate to a fat-burning zone, and forces each move to be as precise as a basic beat. Drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Dance Grooves

Tabata

Increase your endurance and athletic performance, decrease your body fat, and increaseyour metabolism! You will push through 20 second intervals of high intensity cardio/strength exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, just enough to catch your breath and wipe your brow. The series repeats 8 times, then on to another set of exciting exercises.
