Top Exercises For The New Year

We’re all ready to leave 2016 behind and start the New Year on the right foot. Whether your goal is to gain muscle mass, get lean, or simply build endurance, these top exercises will challenge you to surpass your limits and start seeing results! Here are some workout suggestions…

    • Plyo Circuit for the Legs (2 Rounds)
      – Warm up on the treadmill by walking or lightly jogging for about 5 minutes
      – Jump Squat for 30 seconds
      – Jog at a moderate pace with a slight incline for 1 minute
      – Step-up with knee raises for 30 seconds (be sure to do both right and left!)
      – Jog with an incline for 1 minute
      – Scissor Jump for 30 seconds
      – Jog with an incline for 1 minute
      – Box Jump for 30 seconds
      – Jog with an incline for 1 minute

 

    • Upper Body Strength Training (8 Reps)
      – Barbell bench press – 4 sets
      – Barbell curls – 4 sets
      – Triceps dips – 4 sets
      – Standing military press – 4 sets

 

    • Full Body HIIT Exercise (8-12 Rounds)
      – 10 reps of push-ups
      – 10 reps of burpees
      – Incline sprint on the treadmill for 30 seconds
