Group fitness classes are a major part of the action at Club Metro USA fitness centers. With our carefully selected classes, you can work up a sweat in an upbeat, positive, and supportive group environment.

We offer the following classes in general, but also offer variations of the classes below depending on the location:
 
Yoga – Ready to slow down, tone up, and find a sense of balance in your busy day? Our yoga classes offer enough challenge for seasoned yogis while also providing modifications for every move so that all fitness levels can benefit.
 
Zumba – Zumba offers a dance party and killer workout all in one. Easy-to-follow routines and a sexy Latin beat make this a fun workout for both newbies and veterans.
 
Spin – Spin classes give you an indoor cycling workout set to upbeat, inspiring music. Your supportive team coach will guide you through a routine full of hills, flats, time trials, interval training, and more.
 
Total Body – Strengthen and tone your entire body fast with this intense sculpting workout. You will be coached into slow movements with full range of motion focusing on form, muscle toning and conditioning.
 
Cardio Kickboxing – Few workouts give you the kind of intense total body workout you’ll get with cardio kickboxing. This high energy class with keep your heart rate up while also providing a solid upper and lower body workout.
 
Cardio Sculpt – This high energy, low-impact total body workout focuses on strengthening your core while incorporating cardio intervals and light weight work.
 
TRX – TRX is a full body workout that includes strength, flexibility, balance and cardio for ultimate body transformation.
 
Pilates – Focuses on toning and resistance exercises for the glutes, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. Pilates classes are great for balance, coordination, and core strength development!
 
Total Body Challenge – This high-intensity fitness class is great for anyone looking to burn fat, tone up and get into great shape. All can enjoy this class as modifications are offered for all fitness levels.
 
Zumba Toning – This class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class
